There is a lot of talk lately about the benefits of mindfulness and the significant impact it can have on your mental health and sense of well-being. Many studies have been conducted proving it’s efficacy. But if you have never attempted any meditation before it can be difficult to get started on your own.
Simply Natural Living would like to introduce our new day time Meditation class.
Join Kesang on a 5 week deep dive into Mindfulness Meditation. This is an introduction to mindfulness meditation which includes guided meditation & techniques to practice at home, healing sounds and music that will guide you to relax and clear your energy.
Kesang has been teaching these classes for years and she get’s a lot of great feedback from her participants.
Born in Tibet, Kesang and her family fled from the 1959 Chinese invasion of her homeland. The family fled across the Himalayas into the relative safety of India.
Growing up in Dharmasala at a Tibetan Childrens Village, Kesang completed her education and massage training before travelling to Australia.
She went on to train in Therapeutic Massage, Ky Nye (Tibetan Peace Massage) and Reiki and has been conducting Meditation Classes for many years teaching other’s how to live a more conscious life.
